Every bar needs a house margarita it's proud of. Ours is the Casero Margarita, our Cadillac margarita, and each of its four ingredients does a specific job.
What's in it
- Blanco tequila for a clean, bright agave base
- Homemade orange rind simple syrup for sweetness with a hint of bitter citrus peel
- Fresh lime juice for snap
- Grand Marnier, the orange liqueur that makes it a Cadillac
The result is citrus-forward, balanced and easy to order twice. The Casero Margarita is $13, and it's as much at home at the bar as it is on the covered patio or with dinner in the main dining room.
Happy hour and zero-proof
During happy hour, 3–6 PM daily except Tuesdays, margaritas are $10 and every draft beer is $7. Not drinking? The Casero Margarita is also on our mocktail list for $10, so everyone at the table can order the house margarita.
What to eat with it
A margarita this bright loves salt, crunch and a little heat. It's especially good with:
- Guacamole and a Big Bag of Chips
- The Baja Fish Taco, where the citrus cuts through the crisp batter
- Esquite, with its Tajín and Cotija
The salt and spice in those dishes make the lime and orange taste even brighter. Want to go deeper into agave? Ask your server about tequila flights, or explore the rest of the cocktail list, from the spicy Salsipuedes to the Hibiscus Mistress.
